After I missed posting about my April wrap-up, I couldn’t pass the chance in sharing the books I’ve read this month. After preparing for the release of
A Court of Wings and Ruin – aka a reread of
A Court of Mist and Fury – was extremely thrilled to read above mentioned book. So my whole month of May was originally dedicated to the book I waited so long for. Still I managed to read 6 books in total which makes my quite happy considering the fact that my average goal is to read 3 books. But now, without further ado, here are the books as well as some thoughts on them:
And Then There Were None by Agatha Christie – 3.5
A Court of Wings and Ruin (ACOTAR #3) by Sarah J. Maas – 5
The Assassin’s Blade (Throne of Glass #0.1 – 0.5) by Sarah J. Maas – 5
Milk and Honey by Rupi Kaur – 5
Thirteen Reasons Why by Jay Asher – 4.5
Flame in the Mist by Renee Ahdieh – 4.5
I overall really enjoyed the books I’ve read although I’m still not over certain ones *glances viciously at ACOWAR*. But I’m happy with the ones I picked up – especially since there were lots of different genres in it. May was a rather busy month for me, still I managed to read 6 books which makes me really happy. Nevertheless I realized that I had troubles regarding reading in the last week of the month. I had a lot to deal with so reading came a bit short. Thus some of the reviews will follow my wrap-up instead of posting them beforehand. I wish for June to read 5 books as this is my average amount of books per month. If you want to follow my progress on reading – as well as some of my reviews – you can befriend me on Goodreads. I always love to connect with fellow book dragons and talk about books! And even though I might be some kind of dragon I won’t bite you – promised!
